I’ve been doing a lot of research for my blog SEO campaign nowadays. I just want to share to you my awesome finds of good lists of directories where you could submit your blog. I’ve been doing a lot of submissions and boy was that combined long, hard and tiring.

Anyway, here’s the links:

From Bloggingmix:

Submit your blog for free with no reciprocal links needed (PART 1)

Submit your blog for free with no reciprocal links needed (PART 2)

From Strongest Links:

Submt your blog to these directories (informations included)

Quick infos about the links

My real good finds are from Bloggingmix. Thanks to Rocky John (the blogger) for sharing these with everyone. Part 1 and Part 2 contained fifty directories each. That had been really helpful and disastrous all at once. Helpful because I don’t need to search for them one by one. Disastrous because I have to submit my blog to a total of 100 directories all in all manually (no automated submissions are allowed today). That was excruciating. I think I’m done with almost fifty of them. That means another fifty to go. The best part is that RJ (can I just call him that?) have already included the Google Page Ranks of the directories and it wouldn’t take a genius to realize that you need to submit first to the high ranking ones. DMOZ so far is the king of directories with a Google Page Rank of 8.

As for strongest links dot com, you’ll see a quick overview of directories and informations about them in a single table. Very helpful and lessens the workload. Price listings and fees are also mentioned in strongest links. Don’t worry, there are many that accepts free submissions, just take a look there.

Just wanna share a tip

It’ll be better if you write your blog info (name, url, description, meta tags/keywords) into a notepad or something in your pc. With that, you can just copy paste it when going through the submission form. It saved a lot of time for me.

Goodluck on your blog submission to directories. Hope you don’t strain yourself. It happened to me. And I’m still not done. Got to go through 40 more or something.
